Digital Product Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final. However, your satisfaction is our priority, and we offer a fair and straightforward refund policy in the following cases:
- Non-Delivery of Product:
If you do not receive your digital product within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us. Once we verify the issue, a full refund or resending of the product will be offered. - Technical Issues:
If a technical problem prevents you from accessing or using the digital product and our support team cannot resolve it within 3 business days, you are eligible for a full refund. - Defective or Corrupted Files:
If you receive a corrupted or unusable file, please notify us within 7 days. We will either replace the file or issue a full refund. - Duplicate Purchases:
If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us with proof, and we will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email our support team with the following information:

- Order number
- The product(s) purchased
- The reason for your refund request
We typically process refund requests within 3-5 business days.
Exceptions
- Refunds are not issued for “change of mind” or dissatisfaction with features clearly described in the product details.
- No refunds are provided after 14 days from the purchase date.
